Mitch is one of the country's foremost leaders in the Shared Services/BPO industry. Starting as a pioneer in the industry at its infancy in 2002, he has grown in the same direction the outsourcing and offshoring industry has in the last 16 years. Upward.

Gaining operational expertise and people leadership as an Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Site Director, he has successfully run profitable sites with multiple clients and a high number of FTE. In addition to operations experience, he has also gained exposure in the field of Client Services by fostering and deepening client relationships with large companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, and South America. He was tasked with overseeing multiple sites across different geographies servicing different lines of business. In 2011, he pivoted towards the IT-Software space by setting up and establishing a captive shared service center that focused on high value work and enterprise-level account management to their most elite customers. After spending the next 3 years in that business, he moved forward and picked up where he left off in the outsourcing industry for the next 3 years taking various roles such as VP for Operations and CEO of a BPO. 

At the apex of his career, Mitch then decided that all the years of expertise, experience, and excellence can be better focused towards advising and mentoring new companies that look at improving their operations or setting up their shared service centers in country. In May 2017, he established B&G Solutions and the company has achieved a very rich and diverse portfolio that have all been completed with success.

Michael Victor H. Sibayan

Michael Victor H. Sibayan (Mike), is an experienced corporate executive, consultant and trainer that carries with him more than twenty (20) years of experience with a record of accomplishments in the area of General Administration/Operations Management, Business Process Improvement, Project and Program Management, Process Documentation, Methods Analysis, Change Management, Training & Development, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Crisis Management, Information Security and Business Analysis. With exposure and skills application in different industries such as in the Telecommunications, Financial Services/Insurance, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Hospitality, Cruise and Academe.  

A graduate of De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering with minor in Mechanical Engineering. A trained Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University; an Associate in Customer Service (ACS) under the Life Office Management Association (LOMA); and with TAE40110 – Certificate IV in Training and Education awarded by the North Australia Career & Training Services. A former Trustee of the Philippine Society for Quality, Inc. (PSQ) and was the former Vice Chairman of the Quality Council of the IT-Business Processing Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). 

Mike is also an experienced Resource Speaker and a licensed Financial Advisor of Manulife Philippines.
